Commercial or Civil Litigation - Joryn Jenkins & Associates is knowledgeable and conscientious whenever it becomes necessary to engage in litigation and trial of any type of commercial or civil dispute, whether between a buyer and a seller, a contractor and a purchaser, a broker and a client, an employer and an employee, or two partners. Our attorneys are admitted to practice at all levels of both state and federal courts in Florida. Bankruptcy - Joryn Jenkins & Associates represents both creditors and debtors in the bankruptcy courts. We represent individual and corporate clients in bankruptcy proceedings that are initiated by either an insolvent individual or business, or by creditors seeking to have the debtor's remaining assets distributed. Bankruptcy proceedings can involve either restructuring and reorganizing an insolvent corporation's or person's debt structure, or an outright discharge from any further obligations. You will receive individual attention, we are not a bankruptcy mill. Professional Malpractice Law - Joryn Jenkins & Associates assists those who have been injured as the result of negligent or otherwise improper professional practices by accountants, by lawyers, or by other professionals. Our concern for the ethical practice of law gives us a particular interest in cases involving legal malpractice. Appellate Law - Joryn Jenkins & Associates will handle appeals of both civil and criminal matters to the state and federal appellate courts of Florida. Estate Planning and Probate - Joryn Jenkins & Associates offers estate planning services, including wills and trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, and designations of health care surrogate to those who want to control their own destinies and to protect their loved ones when they can no longer do so.
